SORRY I haven't gotten the chance to write lately, I've been fairly busy.
Friday I shot all day for the SPIKE tv Guys Choice Awards. I was on set from 9am-11pm. It was a hectic day of fun to say the least, and I ended up finishing the book The Four Hour Work Week, by Timothy Ferris.
It is a very good buiness oriented book primarily written for the determined entrepeneur. For the person seeking to run their own company with very little daily effort, distributing your work in all forms and outlets, from outsourcing to assistants, etc... and then taking all your free time and doing what it is that you really want to do- which often tends to be, travel and living a freer life. The theme that is repeated thoughout many of the books I've read about being a successful entrepeneur is the criticism of the every day 9-5 and the entrepeneur who devotes their life and money to their business, as if it is a child. People put all their time and effort into their occupation/business, in hopes to move up the ladder in their job/industry, and often only with the goal that someday they will reach a point that they can "retire" to travel and live. But that is when you are much older as it requires a certain amount of money. This book and many of the others I have been reading give tips and insight on how to take mini-retirements (NOT VACATIONS) now, and really enjoy life while you can! Who knows how long you will live, or what the future will bring. You have to live in the moment! I really think it all boils down to a way of living. I SAY, LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST, EVERY SECOND OF EVERY DAY, TO THE LIMIT, GENUINE ACTIONS/THOUGHTS/STATEMENTS, FULL OF HAPPINESS AND ENERGY, BE WHO YOU ARE & DO WHAT YOU WANT!
As for the rest of my crazy life lately:
I shot from 11am-6pm on Sunday in Manhattan, the shoot was themed around the show "Gossip Girl" and it consisted of four Red Male Models and (lucky) ME!! :-) haha The photographer was really nice and down to earth and the Stylist was as he would say, loud, proud, and FABULOUS!! It was so much fun, some shots had a preppy sense, while some were old school hipster, it was a great mix and I'm excited to see some pictures.
Yesterday I did two fashion shows for the Parsons' School of Design. They were honoring Diane Von Furstenburg at the dinner. It was a black tie event and tickets cost $1,500 a piece, (pretty crazy) ;-) This is said to have launched the career of Marc Jacobs and a few other well known designers, as it was the senior thesis project and taken very seriously! I should have some pictures from that pretty soon!! It was a lot of fun though, more practice, and bonding time with some other great model girlies!
Below are the links to the GUYS CHOICE AWARDS INFO, I only have very small rolls, on camera time of a few seconds each, but nonetheless my first on screen appearance! It will air June 22 at 10pm on SPIKE tv, Network! It should be quite comical, so I hope you enjoy! :-)

Also, I really just want to give a special thanks to my grandfather for always giving me confidence and putting these crazy ideas of getting into the entertainment business in my head. He never pushed me to do it, but always told me I could and now that I look back on it, I really just want to say thank you and that the impact it has had on me is far greater than anyone could imagine!
Love you all!
Always & Forever
