HUNGER CAMPAIGN

For all of those who have not yet heard or read up on the World Hunger Crisis that has been sweeping the news, let me give you a brief recap.

Since 2005 alone, the price of basic foods including wheat, rice, and corn have nearly doubled.

This has effected everyone! I'm sure you have seen a steady increase in food costs from your household grocery excursions. Everyone I know has been coupon clipping and comparing different shopping centers for a better price. We all want to save money through these tough times of inflation. But please take just a moment to put others and an overall concern for the well being of humanity in the forefront, by reading this and taking ONE MINUTE to click on the link provided and sign the petition from this organization that fights world hunger.

Currently thousands of individuals throughout the world are STARVING. Not pinching pennies, but unbearable hunger pains. It is a very sad but real FACT. The New York Times reported people in Haiti making "cakes" out of mudd, sugar, and oil.

The Organization below is a campaign of over 2.4 million Americans uniting as "ONE" to fight world poverty, hunger, and disease. I am a member of this campaign and you can choose to join too or simply sign the petition below, either way- EVERY EFFORT HELPS.

This link will take you directly to a petition that will be sent to President Bush urging action in this crisis. http://www.one.org/hungercrisis?rc=hctaf

Thank you so much for reading this and I hope you take the brief time to sign the petition. One is a reputable organization throughout the country and I promise it's not a waste of time.

I love you all & Bless those less fortunate than ourselves.

Love Always and Forever
Amy Lynn
