BOOK/MOVIE TALK- IMPORTANT READ

I KNOW IT'S LONG, but PLEASE TRUST ME!!


I have finished The Art of Creative Living, by Thomas Kinkade and to say the least, it was a very insightful book. Another great aspect of this book, is that it is broken down into sub-chapters within the seven main chapters. Making it very easy to pick up and put down at convenient times and allows for more time to stop and gather your thoughts as well as a quick and smooth read. One last thing that distinguishes this book from others is that it is filled with over 50 of his paintings, which truly are inspiring little joyful renditions of his masterpieces!

This book is primarily about connecting with yourself and opening your God given creative abilities. A God of your own choosing, this book is not intended for one particular religion, however it does talk about his Christian experiences with God and creativity a bit. It basically boils down to finding Joy and Fulfilment in the simpler things in life, letting go of the negative, and really appreciating what you have, in order to tap into your creative abilities.

I would rate this book a 7.5.


HOWEVER, THIS BOOK HELPED ME OUT IN AN EVEN GREATER WAY-

FIRST, I shared some newly found insight from this book at a meeting with a photographer of exceptional talent four days ago, he was impressed by my drive, passion, and longing for a greater creative expression, and told me of his learnings of KABALLAH. ( WHICH I WILL FULLY DESCRIBE MY NEWLY VENTURED RESEARCH & FINDINGS IN MY NEXT BLOG)

SECONDLY, AT MY SHOOT YESTERDAY, I was mentioning my NEW INSIGHTS from both the THOMAS KINKADE book and my KABALLAH FINDINGS, to the make-up artist who was doing my make-up, not only did she thank me for sharing, she told me it was the best conversation she had ever had with a model and recommended the movie, THE SECRET, to me. Now, I could remember hearing something about this movie when it came out, but forgot about it, and never got around to watching it. Under her STRONG URGE AND RECOMMENDATION, I immediately went out and bought the movie after the shoot. After watching the movie for the second time, to take notes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It is further developing my desires and goals and opening me up to greater understanding about LIFE.

THIS MOVIE EMPHASIZES: That there is a reason for everything and that you have the power to shape and change your life. Your JOY lies in YOUR hands, not the hands of OTHERS, so why do we constantly let others or material things determine our happiness? IT WON'T KEEP YOU HAPPY- It is a cycle of incorrect thinking. THINGS do not fully SATISFY the FULFILLMENT YOU SEEK. A DEEP INNER FULFILLMENT. That can only come from inner peace and joy, and in order to accomplish these things, you must change your way of thinking. Because THOUGHTS become THINGS. YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE, YOU CREATE YOUR LIFE WITH YOUR THOUGHTS, By the LAWS OF ATTRACTION, just like the laws of GRAVITY. (THEY ARE INEVITABLE) Everything is ENERGY. E= MC2, ENERGY IS EVERYTHING. There's the universe, then the galaxy, then our planet, then individuals; made of our organ systems- of cells- of molecules- of atomes- which is ENERGY. THOUGHTS ARE ENERGY- If we surround ourselves with positive thoughts, focus on what we appreciate, and visualize good things in our lives, by the LAWS OF ATTRACTION- our inner joys will manifest in our outer world.
life is meant to be abundant in ALL areas, not just wealth, but in health, and love, and expression, and joy. Everyone can accomplish these levels of abundance with a change in their thoughts, becaue control over the mind has many hidden powers. If you want things to go right for you, you have to visualize them going right for you, not continue to dread the "what if's" and focusing all your energy on the negative possibilities- YES, Inevitably bad things will happen, but they are part of life, and we can learn and grow stronger from them, but we can focus our energy on all the positives and wake up every morning HAPPY AND HAVING A DEEP INNER FEELING OF FULFILMENT IN LIFE.

YOU CREATE YOUR OWN WORLD. YOUR JOY LIES WITHIN YOURSELF.

After watching this MOVIE & begining to read about KABALLAH, I have been HAPPIER than I have ever been, in my ENTIRE LIFE!!
