Optimism

BELIEVING & FAITH
Two words I am more frequently using in my thoughts and vocabulary lately. When it comes down to it, all things, goals, success, tasks, problems, relationships, they are all largely mental. Everything we participate in has a depth we often overlook... a mental aspect, that if we could only tap into we would be powerful beyond our current abilities. But it requires EFFORT.

Tell yourself you can do something, visualize it occuring, practice any way you can , these preparations will instill a greater confidence within you, that will bring you to depths/accomplishments(physical and internal) that you've never reached before.

"I would say trust yourself and encourage others, especially young people, to believe in themselves. It’s okay to make mistakes. Even if everyone is telling you this wall is blue but to you it looks yellow, stay true to what you believe in." J. Rosenthal

Do what truly makes you happy in life & put meaning into every second of your day!

If you believe you can do it, you can- you cannot live in your past actions & although it is good to plan and practice for the future events, (whether they're five minutes away or years down the road) why spend the present consumed in something you will or have done?! Instead LIVE in the now, be present and purposeful in every action, this develops quality, meaning, and purpose. It may sound like too much, or a load of quackery--- I think I just made that word up- not sure?! :-D but be optimistic and just live life the way you WANT to!

As for me, I took a ballet class a few nights ago, at the Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan and really enjoyed it!! It is so precise, yet elegant and graceful! A very beautiful art, I am definitely excited to try another class soon. I have some castings for a magazine and clothing designer today, then Sarah Paps. is coming down from Potsdam today for an interview, and I'm taking her to a Korean Restauraunt for some SUSHI and delicious seafood!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day & enjoy the great weather we've been having!!

LOVE Always & Forever,
♥ Amy Lynn

PS. I'm getting some pictures back today!!! :-D
