WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY!! The weather says rain later, but I woke up to a beautiful sunrise.. & while the city view doesn't quite meet this picture's beauty; I loved it just the same! :-)I am now going to be writing more daily- fell off the wagon for a while, but I've realized that keeping yourself busy, for the sake of feeling good/important, WON'T GET YOU ANY FURTHER IN LIFE. Life is precious and the way you spend it is a reflection of who you are, so I'm going to go back to my happy less active, more PRODUCTIVE LIFESTYLE. Filled with important tasks and more importantly LEARNING AND RELAXATION!!

One of the dresses I put on as I tried to persuade Saks fifth avenue buyers with my sultry walk and cat eyes, cost $10,000!! For that price, I could comfortably live in the city for many months.
& Thursday night I went to an Event at the Beatrice Inn for Rock and Republic with my friend Marcia, who is also with RED and was a finalist on Project Runway season Six. We were photographed a few times and ended up making it on WIREIMAGE, which is apparently a BIG DEAL. I didn't know all this until several people informed me, and I was contacted by a fashion stylist from a PR company, that sought me out using FACEBOOK. It's such a crazy business- but apparently if you have 100+ pictures on this site you gain OFFICIAL CELEBRITY STATUS.

& I WENT TO MY FIRST CONCERT!! I SAW ALICIA KEYS PLAY in Newark NJ. Neo opened for her and both were amazing. But Alicia was definately the best choice for my first concert, that I was given tickets to by a close friend. She is an amazing vocalist and pianist and an overall amazing PERSON. Her concert is partially dedicated to saving lives of children in africa with aids & it really touched me... to give and be, to cherish life... & to make other's happy the way she does- it's so inspirational. Well, anyway, I'M TAKING A DAY OFF TODAY. I've been running around too much, trying to do to much, and not really LIVING!! So I decided I needed a day of peace, reflection, tranquility, and connnection. A day without busy errands and daily tasks, a cell phone ringing off the hook and scattered thinking... I'll let you know how it goes and what I end up doing, but I suggest this to everyone!! Because life really is too short! :-D
