Today I spent the day with my roommate and Sarah- we went to Barnes and Noble and did a tremendous amount of reading. I bought a new book entitled "Entre Nous" by Debra Ollivier and am currently reading "Who Moved My Cheese" by Dr Spencer Johnson.
I finished up the night with some grocery shopping. It is CRAZY how expensive FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE!!!! I COULD SAVE SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH MONEY IF I ATE AT MCDONALDS EVERYDAY- but I could never make that sacrifice. I feel better, mind, body, and soul-- with improvements in Skin and Mood-- Radiance and Energy-- and I know a large part of that is result of my healthy diet and moderate exercise, which is a very light routine of YOGA, BREATHING, and STRETCHING... accompanied by the inevitable daily foot work I do, walking around the city.
I THINK THIS IS WHAT MY INSIDES PROBABLY LOOK LIKE. ;-D

It was another great shoot with a lovely woman named Frederique. Outrageous makeup by Binky Brown and phenomenal hair creations by Dalessa Weary. UNIQUE & FUN!! MY FAVORITE!! Actually I think I'm just sooo in love with shooting, it doesn't really matter- as long as I'm in front of the camera and ready to create!! There's no greater feeling then seeing your masterpiece when it is finished.... ah- the life of an artist.
BUT ANYWAY, THE BEST PART OF MY NIGHT REALLY BEGAN BY TAKING OFF MY FUZZY SLIPPERS, DRINKING MY CHAMOMILE, LAVENDAR, ST. JOHN WORT'S YOGI TEA AND READING IN MY BED W. A.C. BLASTED!! GAZING OUT MY GOLDEN CURTAINS WITH SOFT WISPERS OF THE BEAUTIFUL WINDCHIME MY LOVELY MOTHER GAVE ME... THINKING ABOUT SHOOTING... CAN LIFE GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT?!
