cloisters

So as for my day off, I spent the day at the Cloisters!! It is part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and is dedicated to European Art. The pieces feature a Romanesque style, shipped from France, Italy, and many other parts of Europe. It is on four acres of land, overlooking Fort Tyron park, with a beautiful view of the HUDSON. I took many pictures of the architecture, gardens, tapestries, statutes, and views- take a peek at my slide show :-D

I also started reading a second book, Human Understanding- by John Locke & managed to fit in a run around Chelsea- the "name" of the area I live in!! Hope you all had a wonderful friday & enjoy your weekend!! I have a shoot in Brooklyn tomorrow at 9am- and one in Manhattan starting at 5pm. Wish me luck- it's gonna be a very long day!! :-D
