Saturday Night I went to the opening of my friend Max's new Salsa Club, it is in Midtown and has a great view from inside the club. It was the GRAND OPENING and the VIP room was full!! I was swept away by a salsa teacher who taught me how to groove. lol It was a fun and interesting experience, the part I loved most was the PEOPLE WATCHING. There were people of all ages, races, and backgrounds, coming together because of the passion for a very romantic dance/music. It was great sitting down for a while and looking throughout the room. Everyone's face lit up and so happy and passionate about moving their bodies. Always creating new moves and combinations. The teacher told me that the best part about salsa is that you could dance to the same song fifteen times, and it'd always look different, because you just do what feels right at the moment, let go, let it flow and be real. I really like salsa and the concepts behind it, it's so beautiful and full of life, meaning, and culture.
Sunday I was supposed to have a shoot, but it got cancelled last minute, because the make-up artist bailed, but that was quite alright with me because I got to spend the day exploring, running a few errands, and catching up with some friends.
After running errands and working out, I met with a photographer at Barnes and Noble to look over fashion magazines and get some of my pictures back!! They are being submitted to several high fashion magazines, so they cannot be on the web until print... but I will put them up as soon as I'm allowed! They came out great!
Then, I spent a few hours exploring the lower east side and this wonderful/slightly tacky little street named St. Marks. It reminds me of Key West! It was great, my favorite part was Grace Church, it is so peaceful and beautiful, check out the pictures!!
SOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!
Then, I met up with my friends Kate and Noel and had a great little dinner at this Thai place. The seafood was DE-LISH! :-) Ran errands and read throughout the day and met a few people. I always tend to meet random people and run into friends on the street, I randomly ran into my friend Brandon and chatted with him for a while. Ran into a hairstylist who gave me a free appointment for today! & also a casting director who I discussed some potential projects with. Life is crazy, and the random (yet essentially destined) outcome of the future and the way life pans out, NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME!!
Be Free & Live Life how you wish, it makes all the difference!
Love you all!!!!!!!!!
Always & Forever

Amy, baby. Miss you. You know that but anyways this whole salsa dancing thing is so freeing! I'm happy, but not surprised to see you've learned the same thing. I have been getting very much into Latin dancing just stupidly on my own. It's so much fun and so refreshing. Dancing in general lets your energy flow freely de-congesting all the clogs caused by emotional stress and whatnot...
